Chair all meetings & Disciplinary hearings.     Compile meeting agendas.
Co-ordinate committee members.
Liaise with BaseballSoftballUK (BSUK) & British Softball Federation (BSF).
Attend BSUK AGM.
Casting Vote Holder.
Monitor & produce proposals for constitutional changes.
Provide league information to governing & affiliated bodies.
Liason with local newspapers.
Is a club account signatory.

 Secretary
 Set & agree a Committee meeting schedule at the beginning of each season.
Circulate Committee meeting agenda and relevant papers prior to meetings.
Take minutes of committee meetings & any sub-committee meetings.
Circulate draft minutes to Committee members (by email ) for comment.
Circulate final minutes to Captains (by email ) for distribution to the league.
Compile & distribute draft newsletter (by email ) to captains for comment.
Circulate final newsletter (by email).
Act as a central location for distribution of other information across the league & Committee.
Keep a record of all OSL correspondence, OASC events (cups, tournaments & socials), League             history & PR correspondence.
 Is a club account signatory.

Treasurer
Objective: to manage the financial transactions of the OASC to ensure effictive day-to-day         operations.
Manage the OASC bank account.
Be a signatory on the account &  maintain the list of signatories.
Keep clear records of financial transactions.
Agree expenditure items with the committee.
At the beginning of the season collect annual subscriptions from all club members.
Present reports on the financial status of the club at regular intervals, but formally at least once     a year.
Produce an annual budget at the beginning of the season.
Attend committee meetings & generally contribute to the running of the club.
 

General officers (x 2)
Executive committee member, attends OASC meetings.
Contribute to the success of club projects & represent the teams at Committee meetings.
